Critical Pacific Islands and Oceania Studies Curriculum Framework

This framework is an introduction for educators to use when considering how to incorporate Pacific Islander histories and narratives into K-12 ethnic studies curriculum. Organized into three main units, this framework provides some key questions, selected concepts, and introductory resources on Pacific Islander definitions of history, identity, self-determination, sovereignty, disaggregation, and solidarity.
